主要技术规格
1）HIPPS关断阀执行机构应满足在450 kPaG气源压力和阀门在最大压差（20900kPa）下，执行机构扭矩不小于 HIPPS阀门从打开位置到关闭所需扭矩的2.5倍。2）从压力变送器测量值达到其设定值至 HIPPS 关断阀完全关闭总时间应小于3秒。1）HIPPS shut-off valve actuator should meet the 450 kPaG gas source pressure and the valve in the maximum differential pressure (20900kPa), the actuator torque is not less than HIPPS valve from the open position to close the required torque 2.5 times. 2）The total time from when the measured value of the pressure transmitter reaches its set value to when the HIPPS shut-off valve is completely closed shall be less than 3 seconds.
资格要求

The bidder is committed to provide third-party certificates of classification societies at the time of delivery.I.投标人应承诺自行委托国家安全生产监督管理总局海洋石油作业安全办公室(COOOSO) 认可的下列任一家船级社 (ABS, DNV, BV 和 CCS) 对HIPPS整体进行检验并获得检验证书。并将发证机构签发的设计评审报告和检验证书提交买方，投标人承诺交货后两个月内须提供船级社 (ABS, DNV, BV 和 CCS) HIPPS整撬检验证书。The bidder shall undertake to commission any one of the following Classification Societies (ABS, DNV, BV and CCS) recognized by the Offshore Oil Safety Office (COOOSO) of the State Administration of Work Safety to carry out the inspection of the whole HIPPS and obtain the inspection certificate. The Design Review Report and Inspection Certificate issued by the issuing organization shall be submitted to the buyer, and the bidder undertakes to provide Classification Societies (ABS, DNV, BV and CCS) with the HIPPS whole skid inspection certificate within two months after delivery.
