资格要求
（1）资格要求？Requirements for Qualification of Bidder？A．如果投标人为境内注册公司，投标人需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照；如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined？certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.？B.？制造商应通过ISO9001（或GB/T19001）质量体系认证。投标人须提供制造商有效的质量体系认证证书；B.？The manufacturer of the Bid Goods shall pass Quality Management System Certification？ISO9001（or GB/T19001）Certification. Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management System Certification of manufacturer.？C．投标人应为所投货物的制造商。本次招标不接受代理商投标。C. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods. Bid by Agent is not accepted.？（2）资质要求及证明文件：无（3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:。投标人自2017年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），应具有60吨轴载SPMT模块运输车（2.43米宽）不低于100轴线的销售业绩，可以是多个合同或同一合同下的多个订单，投标方应提供证明其销售业绩无价合同相关页（包括双方签字页、投标清单及能够明示合同签订时间、货物名称、数量及规模等页）复印件；未提供以上文件及或提供文件无法满足上述要求的，视为无效业绩。（可以是一个合同包含，也可多个合同包含，也可以是订单，投标人提供的业绩品牌需与所投产品品牌一致）。The bidder shall provide sales performance of a 60 ton axle load SPMT (2.43 meters wide) with no less than 100 axles, signed from January 1, 2017 to the bid closing date (subject to the contract signing time),which can be in the form of multiple contracts or multiple orders under the same contract. The bidder shall provide copies of relevant contract pages (including signed pages by both parties, bidding lists, and pages that clearly indicate the contract signing time, goods name, quantity, and scale, etc.) to prove their sales performance; Failure to provide the above documents or providing documents that do not meet the above requirements shall be deemed as invalid performance. (It can be included in one contract, multiple contracts, or an order. The bidder’s performance brand must be consistent with the brand of the product being bid on.).投标方承诺60吨轴载销售业绩真实，招标方可随时去用户核实。The bidder promises that the sales performance of the 60 ton axle load is true, and the tenderee can verify with the user at any time.投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同复印件（含体现60吨轴载SPMT模块运输车（2.43米宽）不低于100轴线要求的技术附件）和2）到货验收材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、制造商名称、货物名称、货物数量及到货验收材料。The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract？(including 60 ton axle load SPMT (2.43 meters wide) with no less than 100 axles technical appendix) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods. The？reference evidence certification furnished by？Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, technical requirements and？receiving certificate of arrival of goods.未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现合同签署时间、制造商名称、货物名称、项目名称、货物数量及到货验收材料的，均视为无效业绩。？If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, name of project, technical requirements and receiving certificate of arrival of goods, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
