中国海洋石油国际有限公司因生产经营工作需要，诚邀具备服务能力和相关业绩的优秀供应商，与中国海洋石油国际有限公司共同开展工作。现将相关信息公开如下：

1．需求概况

为注册在阿尔及利亚的分公司办理注销。

Provide company secretarial services related to cancellation of Algeria branch.

2．对供应商的要求

？  资质：具有合法有效的营业执照或注册证明

Qualification: be able to provide business license or registered of incorporation.

？  能力：具备为阿尔及利亚分公司办理公司注销的能力。

Capacity: be able to provide company secretarial services related to cancellation of Algeria branch.

？  人员：项目团队综合素质较高，有层次，主要项目负责人需要具备公司秘书服务至少5年以上工作经验。

Team: Excellent overall professional competency of the team, and the main project manager should have more than 5 years of company secretary service experience.

？  业绩： 具有2年以上为阿尔及利亚注册的公司提供秘书服务的经验。

Performance: At least 2 years experience in company secretarial services for  Algeria entities.
